The Plight of the BoogieWorm
John ( CEO-xangagod-type) is on top of yesterday's blogworm (see post below).
CHOKE_SCREAM_DIE was most probably just a blogger who got dumped on with hijacked accounts by the hacker. The hacker got (gets) vicarious juvenile thrills from secretly messing with others' xangas and observing the reactions. Think: cyber-voyeurism.
Joe_X is saying that he spoke (chatted) with the blogworm boogieman.
This guy claims that he is that voyeuristic boogieworm. Such boasting, of course, further reveals him as a needy exhibitionist. He used to have a site here that's been shut down. So...it might be him. On the other hand, there's probably a dozen other similar idiots around Xanga claiming the same thing as him right now. What's really sad, whether this guy is the boogieworm or not, is that he thinks that the attention he gets for his abuse equates with "caring"-and he's obviously, desperately craving for "caring". Can someone explain to me how anyone can be so dense as to confuse simple loathing, as most of us are bound to have for him, with caring?

To be 'in' the drama, the talk of the town, or just to have an opinion that matters (like commenting here, maybe) could be associated with 'mattering'. If we matter to someone, someone cares. It's nice to be noticeable, but it's better to be noticed.
It could be as simple as being a class clown with less moral boundaries.
It could be a dare or a competition or a disrespectful sort of exercise.
Honestly, I only post this to present an option to your question. There are other explanations, but you seem awfully tore up about this. Maybe this will leave you with an option for compassion - or at the very least an understanding of what you find unforgivable.
IF the responsible party did read this site - I think it's fantastic that they read something other than anger. There are people actually looking without defiance. IF it's the issue, maybe now they really do matter to someone, and now they can know that. Maybe.
